Stephen A. Siegel, 58, of Monroe died Wednesday at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center in Edison.

Born in New Brunswick, Mr. Siegel lived in the Monroe-Jamesburg area for over 30 years. Mr. Siegel was employed for 30 years as an installation technician for Bell Atlantic, New Brunswick. He was a charter member of the Monroe Township Volunteer Fire Department.

He was predeceased by his sister, Phyllis Birkenthal, who died many years ago. Surviving are his three sons, Jason and his wife, Jill, of Plainsboro, David of Jamesburg and Dr. Bryan and his wife, Dr. Kimberly, who is expecting a child on Nov. 5, of Paramus; a sister, Francine Case of Upper Freehold, and his former wife, Carol of East Brunswick.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Lester Memorial Home, 16 W. Church St., Jamesburg. Burial will be at Fernwood Cemetery, Jamesburg. The family requests memorial contributions in the name of Mr. Siegel to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, N.J. Chapter, 114-B S. Main St., Box 67-A, Cranbury, NJ 08512.
